Healing is possible for all people, especially in the context of connection and empathy. My unwavering belief in the goodness of people and the resilience of the human spirit has guided and informed my approach to therapy. I strive to build trustworthy collaborative relationships with my clients in order to find ways to heal, change patterns, and establish more fulfilling lives and relationships.
Prior to joining a private practice, I worked within an agency in both a clinical and school-based setting. I had the privilege to work with a variety of clients; from adults, teenagers, children and families coping with anxiety, depression, issues within the family system, grief, and trauma.
I received my master’s from Palo Alto University in counseling, with an emphasis in marriage and family therapy.
