I’m so glad you’re here and reading this. That means deep down you’re ready to make real changes in your life. We all feel ambivalent about seeking help and changing. This is natural. Part of therapy is exploring our ambivalence so that when we decide to make a change, the change is what we want, helpful, and aligned with our values.

I am no stranger to changes. I have lived around the world and worked for 12 years in technology. But no matter what the change is, living in a new city, exploring a new career field, thinking about a divorce or how to parent after a divorce, we all need a safe place to explore what we are feeling and what we truly want next. I hope I can help you take that next step.

My formal training includes a Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Science and Technology and Computer Science from James Madison University, and a Master’s degree in Counseling from Palo Alto University.

Not only people need help but organizations can often benefit from an outsiders perspective. To meet this need, I offer workshops and programs designed to teach people and companies about creating a healthier and more positive work environment.
